Measure culture through ratings on company values.
Measure growth through ratings on goals.
Choose participants by department or individuals, bottom-up, top-down, 360 or let everyone rate everyone.
Rate the company.
Include participant self-rating on any Pulse type.
Choose Anonymous setting to ensure Pulse participants remain completely anonymous.

Once you've published your Pulse, you can view summary data providing insights.
