• Run recurring Pulses, or set a deadline.
• Send automatic email & app notifications to participants.
• Measure culture through ratings on company values.
• Measure growth through ratings on goals.
• Choose participants by department or individuals, bottom-up, top-down, 360 or let everyone rate everyone.
