How to set up Performance Reviews

Choose your review cycle, or set a once-off deadline.
Send automatic email & app notifications to participants.
Measure performance through ratings on individuals' goals, the company's values and/or any other parameters you'd like to set.
Choose participants by department or individuals, bottom-up, top-down, 360 or let everyone rate everyone.
Option to include participant self-rating.

Once you've published your Pulse, you can view rich data providing insights through Summary and Individual reports.
